To create an account, purchase an event package through our Pricing page, then provide and verify your Email Address. Once verified, you can set your password, and create your event! Please check your Junk Folder if the verification email doesn't come through.
Once you've purchased an event package, we'll send you an email straight away to verify your account, set up your event and retrieve your QR code. If you can't see the email, please check your Junk/Spam folder - sometimes these get stuck in there! If you can't find the verification/event set up email, please contact us
Don't worry - your event album is only live from your event date, not the date you purchase. This means you can purchase now, even if you're event is years away! The album expiry period will only begin from your event date.
The Bespoke QR Code
The QR code gives anyone access to your event gallery, where users can add, view & save media. Share the QR code with your guests, who can then scan the QR code with their phone to visit the Event Gallery – here they can browse, share, download, and relive the celebration! Alternatively, you can share with guests the URL link to your gallery, which is another way for them to access it.
After setting up your event, click 'Download QR Code' to receive the QR code on a blank background. From here, you can print it on your invites, small cards to share at your event, or on posters, coasters, whatever you want! You can also share a link to your online gallery, which can be found on the gallery page.
Pictures must be square to ensure the QR code still functions for your guests. We recommend using this tool to crop your image so that it can be used when customising your QR code
Media Sharing & Downloading
Most filetypes will work fine! Accepted image types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tiff, tif. Accepted video types: mp4, avi, mov, wmv, flv, mkv, webm, m4v.
Unlike our competitors, we want you to collect all the great memories from your day, including videos. Depending on the package chosen, videos can either be up to 10 seconds or any length.
You can download individual, selected, or the full gallery of photos/videos with options provided on the gallery page. To download individual items, please select the download button directly underneath the relevant photo/video. If using a mobile, you can also hold down on the photo/video and hit 'Save to Photos'. To download multiple pictures at the same time, you will be sent a ZIP file which you can save to your computer or mobile. This is to ensure no degradation of photo/video quality!
Your Event Gallery
Your gallery can be found by logging into your account, clicking 'My Events', and clicking into your event you setup
Guests can upload images & videos to the gallery, as well as download and save anyone's media. Guests cannot delete any media, including their own uploads. The host, as an admin user, can delete any media from the gallery, regardless of who uploaded it.
When you setup your gallery, you can add a custom event title, a description, a photo at the top, and the event date. You can also edit these by going into your gallery, clicking 'Manage Your Event', then clicking 'Manage your event details', where you can make changes in the admin portal.
Event content is hosted for 3, 6, or 12 months, from the date of your event, depending on package purchased. After this time, content will be moved to our cloud server, and is recoverable for up to 1 year (administrative charges apply). After this time, your event content will be permanently deleted.

We know you may have further questions on our products. To help, if you purchase a package, and it's not quite what you're looking for, we can cancel your purchase and provide a full refund. Simply reach out to us first to see if we can support, otherwise we can cancel for you. Please note: this guarantee applies to event packages that have not been used for your event.
Even if the good times have already been had, our product can help collect event photos & videos. Set up your event as normal, share the QR code/link, and crowdsource all the great memories.
